This wort kit is an all mash / full grain 15 litre kit straight from a Sydney Boutique Brewery! Just add 5 litres of water and a S23 Saflager yeast and you will produce a quality beer that will rival any commercial boutique beer! This is a traditional German style Lager. It is has a bright straw colour with a balance of malt & hop flavours. The Hallertau finish extends this basic lager beautifully.
