Makes 23 Litres. J.T. and James Toohey began brewing in 1869. They started by creating Ale recipes in the style of English and German dark beers. The first of these became known as Tooheys Old. Then in 1931, in recognition of Australia’s warm climate, Tooheys got into making Lagers.
