This wort kit is an all mash / full grain 15 litre kit straight from a Sydney Boutique Brewery! Just add 5 litres of water and a S04 Safale yeast and you will produce a quality beer that will rival any commercial boutique beer! Normally only available through winter, its popularity extended this throughout the year. So-named because it uses both Chocolate Wheat and Chocolate Barley malt in the grain bill along with a host of other grains – especially the darker grains for enormous flavour and colour depth. Use Muntons Gold yeast instead of Safale if available. Brew length can be varied any where from 15 litres (no extra water added) up to 20 litres depending on flavour intensity and body required.
